----------------------------------------------------------
College student Jenny (played by Rachel
Robbins) and her friends hold a séance and accidentally resurrect The Chef
(Robert Cosgrove Jr.), a murderous zombie chef who is bent on making
everyone in his path into a soufflé. But this doesn’t stop Jenny and the
gang from soaping it up at the carwash owned by ravenous lesbian Miss
Johnson (Debbie Rochon). When The Chef shows up at Miss Johnson’s party
with murder on his rotting mind, the girls and their dingbat college boytoys have to fight for their dumb lives.
The gang behind the first
Bikini Bloodbath is back with the sequel
that gets even more ludicrous than the first flick. Camerawork and sound
are very professional for a miniscule budgeted indie horror comedy. With a
brief running time of less than 80 minutes and a rapid fire attack of
dirty joke upon dirty joke and surprise after surprise, it’s tough to get
bored with this one.
The only thing I didn’t like about the first film was that some of the female
members of the cast didn’t seem to be down with making complete fools of
themselves on camera. Well, that’s been solved this time around. Everyone
in this cast tries to outdo one another with goofiness. Running gags
include a jock who throws a football at someone’s groin every single time
he makes his appearance in a scene and the constant insults thrown at
Sharon (played by Natalie Laspina), the “fat chick”, who is actually
pretty friggin’ gorgeous.
Another way this film improves upon the first Bikini
Bloodbath film is its increased levels of scream queen Debbie
Rochon (Terror Firmer,
Skin Crawl)!
Rochon’s Miss Johnson character, the creepy gym teacher, is even more foul
and lascivious this time around. The script gives this sexual predator
carwash owner lesbian some awesome dialogue and even a “Beat It” parody
when she has a knife fight with Lucy (played by Sherri Toczko, the bad
girl who just got out of juvie.
Oh fat guy in a jacuzzi, you will forever be burned into my mind. For some
really sick laughs that will make you feel very, very ashamed of yourself,
then check out Bikini Bloodbath Carwash.
Not all of the jokes work and there are one too many dance montages for my
taste but for some totally irresponsible entertainment, this is the way to
go. If embarrassing whiteboy breakdancing, nipple-slicing, arterial spray,
and hot chicks washing cars are your thing… Oh come on, I know they are!
DVD Stuff
Bikini Bloodbath Carwash is presented
here in both anamorphic widescreen or optional full frame. Both video and audio
are very clear. Extras include 4 behind-the-scenes featurettes, a trailer
for the film, and a blooper reel. The blooper reel is especially great on
this disc. It
includes Debbie Rochon accidentally hitting The Chef, played by Robert
Cosgrove Jr., in the head with a bucket and other great flubs such as the
actors struggling with their outrageous dialogue.
